Click & Collect

Items marked as in stock are available to collect during our opening hours — usually same day or next working day. Items available to order typically arrive for collection the next working day if ordered Monday to Thursday; orders placed Friday to Sunday will be ready the following Monday morning.

Delivery Service

Local delivery is available within 10 miles of Kettering for a standard charge of £10.00. This usually takes 2–3 working days. For larger orders or areas further away, please contact us for a personalised quote.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty or incorrect items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the item is inspected and verified.

Change of mind: Stock items may be returned unopened and in perfect resale condition within 14 days. Please note we cannot accept returns for carpets or flooring that have been cut or measured specifically for you.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Goods remain the property of Kettering Carpets until payment has cleared in full.
